		<description>Hello,
I was reading your post on Ranger Misfires and the same thing happened to me. It ran fine the night before, the next morning I went to start it up it sounded bad and threw white-ish smoke. Alll the fluids were fine but the spark plugs gaps were like 0.091inches so I changed them and It ran fine accept the Check engine light was still on, so I had the code read. It threw a bunch of misfire codes and a code that pertains to the 5th gear not meshing(that&#039;s what the Mechanic said) Did the Misfires cause the Tranny malfunction or are they unrelated issues?</description>
